Day 1: Arrival at JKIA Nairobi & Transfer to Hotel.

Day 1: Arrival at JKIA Nairobi & Transfer to Hotel.

Meet our representative at the airport and road transfer to your hotel in the heart of Nairobi city.

Overnight at Rudi Hotel: Quiet hotel located on the outskirts of Nairobi city in a cool and cozy area of Karen.

Day 2: Transfer to Masai Mara -/+ 5hours

Today morning after a relaxed breakfast, we will start our journey to Masai Mara National reserve roughly -/+ 5hours. Through the rift valley escarpment with super great scenic views and through local masai communities, we will arrive at Masai Mara National Reserve at Sekenani gate. The afternoon drive shall introduce us to masai Mara reserve and to wildbeast migration crossing water points for the ultimate wildlife migration.

Overnight at Zebra Plains Mara camp: Great located tented Camp in a conservation area with a super feeling of a wilderness feel. Comfortable safari tented camp with a great ambiance feeling.

Day 3 & 4: Masai Mara Great migration and Wildlife safaris.

Two days of Masai mara experience. Masai mara eco system presents one of the greatest wildlife encounters in Africa and the world. You will have two days of gamedrives in the mara with possibilities of wildlife actions ranging from huntings, catch preys and the greatest Wildlife spectacle, The wildbeast Migration.. You can witness hundreds and thousands of wild beasts cross the crocodile infested river with predators waiting on the other end to take their chances. Lunch breaks are rewarding and breathtaking in the middle of the endless savannah plains.  Retire to lodge for dinner.

Day 5: Flight Transfer to Entebbe

Morning Charter flight transfer to Entebbe via Kisumu for migrations. Later transfer to Entebbe with scenic views over lake Victoria to the pearl of Africa _Uganda. Arrive Entebbe at 11:30am met by our representative that will later transfer you to your hotel. Afternoon at own leisure

Overnight at Boma Hotel or Hotel No.5: Beautiful hotel with a swimming pool to unwind off the beautiful Safari memories.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park.

Today after breakfast, We will embark on a road journey to queen Elizabeth national park. We have a few stops at the equator point for a cup of awake coffee, stretching & photo moments. We will proceed for a lunch stop in Mbarara for our lunch break before we proceed to Queen Elizabeth N.Park.

Overnight at Mazike Lodge or Kyambura gorge Lodge: Super beautiful lodges nestled on an escarpment with a vintage view over the Queen Elizabeth N.Park

Day 7: Chimpanzee tracking & Transfer to Bwindi Forest:

Today morning after an early breakfast, we will transfer to the kyambura gorge for the ultimate chimpanzee trekking. With a ranger guide, you shall descend into the kyambura gorge in search for the chimpanzees. After one hour with them, we will ascend back and drive through Ishasha chances of the tree climbing lions while we proceed to Buhoma in preparation for the ultimate wildlife encounter.

Overnight at haven Lodge or Bwindi Lodge. Exclusive lodges located uphill with vintage views of the Bwindi thick & beautiful forest.

Day 8 & 9: Ultimate Gorilla Trekking & Batwa Community Tour

The day for the Ultimate wildlife encounter is here. Early morning today, you will be escorted to the briefing point and later start on the trek into the forest for the mountain gorilla experience. With Packed lunch, and ranger guide to help carry your luggage, you will descend in the forest in search for the Gorillas. On finding them, you will spend an hour with them and return back to the lodge. On Day nine, on a relaxed day, you shall visit the Ride 4 a woman Batwa Community who are the Godfathers of the forest and learn about the ancestral way of life before they were taken out of the Bwindi living amidst Gorillas and before the forest was gazzeted into a world heritage site by UNESCO. In supporting these communities is part of our Conservation & sustainability initiatives in supporting the communities living around Bwindi national Park. A private exclusive Sundowner in the evening and a well-lit campfire roughs up the day.

Overnight at haven Lodge or Bwindi Lodge. Exclusive lodges located uphill with vintage views of the Bwindi thick & beautiful forest.

Day 10: Flight Transfer to Entebbe

After a relaxed breakfast, you will transfer to Kihihi airstrip for a connecting flight back to Entebbe Airport. On arrival, you will have a day room stay at Boma Hotel or Hotel No.5 or a connecting flight home.

MONEY MATTERS

The dollar Rules in Rwanda and most of the Destinations. All extras like personal drinks and eats and other expenditure can be Paid in Dollars but also Euros and Rwanda Francs that you can get or withdraw from The ATMs.  ATM’s in Rwanda banks give up to a max of 2m a day and equivalent of about $530 per day.

Tipping in Rwanda is not a must and we generally do not have A tipping culture however, tipping of the site guides that you shall encounter as you travel will be very much appreciated.. for example the ranger guides on gorilla or Chimpanzee trekking, Anything between $10 – $20 per person on the team will be highly appreciated, but the rest of site guides anything between $3 – $10  or 5000 Ugx to 20000ugx will be very much appreciated and also depends on your budget.

Driver Guides should always be tipped when you are happy with their service. Anything between $10 – $30 per day will always be appreciated which can be given at once at end of trip.
