Day 1: Fly-in Kidepo Authentic Uganda Safari
Welcome to Uganda: On your arrival at the Entebbe international airport, you shall be met by our Representative or the internal flights as you wait for your connecting flight to kidepo. Flight departs at 12:30 noon time for kidepo and arrive at 2 o’clock. You shall be met by your drivers with the jeeps to transfer you to your lodge. Flight Approximately 2 hours.
Overnight at Kidepo savannah Lodge or Apoka Safari Lodge Located on the Outscarts of kidepo valley overlooking the great Narus valley savannah plains.
Day 2 & 3. Morning Walking Safari & Game Drives.
On the second day, after an early breakfast (The early bird catches the worm), we will embark on a walking Safari with a private guide in the Narus valley. These plains are dotted with spectacular wildlife including some of the big five. Elephants, buffalos Lions, leopards, antelopes, Elands, cheetahs, jackals, bucks, Giraffes with so much more and more amazing while viewing them while on foot in the wild. Kidepo is known and named as the second best National park by Africa Geographic channel and with the largest herds of buffalos. We will have our lunch at the lodge and later-on at 3pm we will return on for an extra game to catch a glimpse of the lazy & relaxed wildlife. you also visit the Karamojong manyata village and learn more of the unique and still Ascient culture. A unique tribe believed to have migrated from North West Africa. We would absolutely conclude the drive with a wilderness sundowner while we watch the sun go down below the savannah horizons.
Day 4: Transfer to Karuma Reserve
Today morning after a relaxed breakfast, we will drive to Karuma reserve Chobe safari Lodge one of the best safari lodges in Uganda and the wilderness. We willmake a brief stop in Gulu For lunch and later proceed to karuma reserve. We should be able to arrive on time for an evening sundowner at Chobe with very wonderful views over the silent flowing river Nile with hippos and elephants in view. We can also relax at the beautiful swimming pool overlooking the Nile. Instances that we are not staying at Chobe, The fort Murchison is another paradise & better option for the evening with a good swimming pool overlooking the Albert Nile.

Day 5: Transfer to Murchison Falls National park/ Paraa side.
Today we will still enjoy chobe lodge/Fort Murchison camp till later in the afternoon. You will also have lunch here and later start a 2 hours drive to wangwar gate and proceed to paraa side. Along the way we will be able to encounter a lot of wildlife on the way. This is already part of the game drive which we take advantage of. Chances are that we will have a more short game drive to the Delta Track before we proceed to the ferry and cross over to the southern banks.

Day 6: Morning Game Drive, Boat Cruise and hiking to the Top Of falls.
On This morning, We will Start our day with an early morning game drive crossing ferry to the northern banks where vibrant wildlife roam the savannah plains. We expect to see much and spectacular wildlife including but not limited to elephants, huge Giraffe herds, oribis, kobs, bucks heartbeats, buffalos, lions, leopards, hippos, and so much more.
Our game drive will lead us to the jetty getting ready for the afternoon boat cruise. After the two hours boat cruise, and while at the bottom of the Nile, you shall embark off the boat and Hike/walk to the Top Of the Falls. Watch the 50m wide river being reduced to a 6m gap and falling 45m down creating a thunderous waterfall, a scene that has featured in the famous Humphrey borgat Film, The African queen. The Drivers shall drive around and pick you at the top of the falls to drive you crossing the 6 o’clock ferry to the northern banks in time to the nearby Twiga Safari Lodge

Day 7: Road Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
On This day, we will transfer to kibale national Park. Seemingly the only long but interesting drive we will have on this journey. Through the Lake Albert escarpment, Discover the rural areas of Uganda and through the lush green vegetation and tea plantations. We should be able to arrive about 3-4 oclock depending on our Driving and the nature of terrain. Drive time 6-7 hours through typical rural areas. We also have our lunch picnic break along the way.

Day 8: Bigodi Swamp walk and Chimpanzee trekking
Today we will embark on an early walk into the Bigodi swamp after a relaxed breakfast. The swamp walk starts at 8 am and goes for about 3 hours. There are different kinds of active primates, endemic birds and plants to see today. The morning nature walk with a site guide is amazing and rewarding.
We will later have lunch at the lodge and later head to the park for an afternoon chimpanzee trekking activity. Meet our closest relatives in the forest and stay with them for an hour.

Day 9: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth & Authentic local meal Experience.
Today morning, we will transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park a bio-diverse national park and most visited game reserve in Uganda. On this day, we will have a Traditional visit to one African home and we shall share a typical African-Ugandan meal prepared to you by a typical African Woman in a typical African surrounding. The meal is called the Luwombo and the guides shall go through with you in this African life and setting as part of our Authentic Local experiences. Later we will transfer to Katara lodge for a relax and enjoy the swimming pool with great views over the queen Elizabeth N.P
Overnight at Mazike Lodge or Kyambura Gorge Lodge. Beautiful lodges with swimming pool overlooking the queen Elizabeth National Park.
Day 10: Morning Kazinga Boat cruise & Sundowner game Drive for Tree climbing lions.
Today morning after a relaxed breakfast, we will transfer to Ishasha the southern part of Queen Elizabeth national park. We will check in to the lodge and later proceed to the ishasha park game area. We will today traverse through the park in search for the tree climbing lions and more wildlife. Hyenas, hippos, buffalos, elephants, Topis, lions, leopards and much more wildlife to see… Let’s enjoy a great sundowner and watch the sun go down in Golden lights.
Overnight at Enjojo Lodge or Ishasha Jungle Lodge. Wilderness neat lodge located on the outscarts of ishahsa park but at the river banks of ntungwe river
Day 11: Transfer to Nkuringo – Nature Walk Safari Bwindi impenetrable National Park
Today we will transfer to Bwindi impenetrable N. Park – The home of the mountain Gorillas. We will drive through Ruhija and later to Nkuringo Gorilla lodge with the jeeps. There is an option to walk through the forest from the western side to the southern side a very rewarding nature walk through the Bwindi forest with lots of nature to see and on a good day you can meet Gorillas or chimpanzee. And those who prefer can walk through the Forest with a guide and we can pick them up from the other side of the forest after a 4hrs walk. (Optional Activity). The drive around is also a very beautiful scenic drive through rolling hills with jaw dropping scenery through the Bwindi forest and villages.
Overnight at Bwindi Nkuringo mountain Gorilla Lodge or Clouds Lodge Nested on the Nkuringo ridges and on the boundaries of the forest. A good and near start for the Ultimate Gorilla trekking experience.
Day 12: Gorilla trekking – The Ultimate wildlife encounter.
Today after an early breakfast, we will transfer to the briefing point for the ultimate gorilla trekking experience. This activity takes between 4 and 7 hours in the forest depending on where the Gorillas were left the previous day. It’s an amazing encounter with Humans closest relative and a once in a lifetime wildlife encounter. We will later return to the lodge for relaxation and winding off the gorilla encounter experience stories over a campfire drink-up.
Overnight at Bwindi Nkuringo mountain Gorilla Lodge or Clouds Lodge Nested on the Nkuringo ridges and on the boundaries of the forest. A good and near start for the Ultimate Gorilla trekking experience.
Day 13: Coffee Tour, canoe ride and Transfer Lake Bunyonyi/Arcardia Cottages.
On this day the aftermath of the Ultimate Gorilla Trekking, we will on this day canoe on Lake Mutanda to the other side of the lake on the main land to learn about the mountain Gorilla coffee and the traditional means of Preparation. This is a “Farm to cup” tour all steps for preparing coffee in a traditional way. You will love to pack some coffee as a souvenir. Later drive to Lake Bunyonyi – The second deepest lake in Africa snaking around 29 islands a drive for about 3 hours. We will check in to lodge and prepare for and afternoon lake Bunyonyi tour and Batwa community experience. We will later on in the evening relaxat the lodge and enjoy an evening camp fire.
Over night at Arcardia cottages or Birdnest Resort or mgahinga: Great lodge with spectacular views over the Lake bunyonyi or the virunga Volcanoes
Day 14: Transfer to Kigali & genocide memorial tour.
Today after a relaxed breakfast, we will cross over to Rwanda – Kigali for the genocide memorial meseum tour. The Drive to Kigali with boarder crossing is about 4 hours. We should be able to arrive in Kigali for lunch at a very great restaurant on Ubumwe and later go for the Gisozi genocide memorial centre with a brief short city tour.
Depending on your flight schedule. We will transfer to the Kanombe airport for your connecting flight back home.
