Day – Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe – Uganda: Meet & Greet

Arrival at Entebbe Airport. Meet our representative who will transfer you to your hotel – 15 Minutes drive. Rest Of day at leisure.

Overnight: Hotel No.5

Day 2: Flight Transfer To Murchison Falls National Park & River Nile Boat Cruise

Transfer By Flight to the biggest but beautiful Murchison falls national park where the longest River crosses. Check in to the lodge and head for a beautiful and relaxed exclusive boat cruise to the Bottom of the Falls with a lot of dramatic wildlife to spectate at as they quench their thirst.  Watch the thundering scenic falls from the bottom

Overnight: Anyandwe House

Day 3: Morning Delta Cruise – Top Of The Falls & Transfer To Papa’s Camp

Take a slow morning with breakfast onboard a Boat Cruise to the point where the River Nile empties into lake Albert. Marvel at the greatest wildlife on the shores of the Albert Nile quenching their thirst. Lookout for the greatest Shoebill stock on the extreme swampy areas of the Nile. On Return – Checkout and head to the Top Of the Falls to watch how incredibly a 50m wide river reduces and squeezes itself in a 6m gorge gap and falling 45m down creating one of the best scenic and strongest falls in the world. Later transfer to Papa’s camp Conservancy.

Day 4: Traditional & Exclusive Safari – Wildplaces in Murchison

Spend a full day in an exclusive private conservancy watching wildlife with no Crowds. In vintage style stay at the traditional Bush papa’s Camp nestled on the shores of the rumbling and boiling while flowing river Nile. The 2 nights private & exclusive excursion reminds us travel back in the days with the safari style outdoor overhead shower and private access to untamed wilderness. Enjoy Bush breakfasts and sundowners or catch the biggest Nile Parch out of the River Nile on a fishing excursion as you later watch the sun set below the wilderness horizons.

Day 5: Flight Transfer To Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Transfer to kihihi Airstrip for enroute Drive to Buhoma – Bwindi impenetrable National Park. Meet your driver guide and transfer to Lodge for checkin. Spend rest of the day at Leisure overlooking the thick and mist covered Rainforest

Overnight: Erebero Hills Lodge Bwindi

Day 6: Ultimate Gorilla Trekking experience.

Today morning embark on a Gorilla Trekking Experience in Bwindi Forest. Be briefed at the starting point, ascend and descend into the forest of Bwindi with a ranger guide and porter in search for the Gentle Giants of Bwindi. Enjoy an hour with them and return to unwind on a great day with a camp fire at the lodge. There is absolutely no mistaking the bond that exists between man and a mountain Gorilla when you get upclose and personal with the gentle giants while the feeling of finding the gentle giants camouflaged in the vegetation is an inspiring and privilege lifetime experience that would stay with you for the rest of your life. If You return from the jungle earlier, You can also opt to visit Ride4Awoman community initiative empowering Bwindi women to watch, Learn and support the works of their hands.

Day 7: Relaxed Day At the Lodge with Batwa Cultural Experience (Optional 2^nd Gorilla Trekking)

Take a day off in the morning at the beautiful Erebero Hills lodge in Bwindi – Take in the views and head out for a short Batwa cultural walk in Buhoma – Visit the The Ride for a woman community and learn how Gorilla trekking transforms the well being of women in Bwindi. The Batwa known as the God fathers of the forest stay in the buniga Forest adjacent to the Bwindi Forest where they were relocated when Bwindi was gazzeted into a UNESCO site. Watch how the God fathers of Bwindi lived in harmony with mountain Gorillas and be part of the support for conservation and sustainability initiatives. You can also opt for a 2^nd Gorilla Trekking with a different Gorilla family to maximize your Experience.(Optional Activity). Lets unwind the day with a Lovely Sundowner overlooking the Forest – Quite an impressive ending and feeling.

Day 8: Morning Flight Transfer To Entebbe – Connecting To Jinja on The Nile

Transfer to Kihihi Airstrip For a Connecting domestic flight Back to Entebbe. Arrival in Entebbe and Be transferred to Jinja By Road at The heart of The Longest River In The world. Enjoy The rest of the evening unwinding off at the beautiful Lemala Lodge situated on one of the islands on the river. – It’s a magical setting with The Lodge enveloped with the River Nile flowing both Ways.

Overnight: Lemala Wildwaters Lodge. Bed& Breakfast + lunch & Dinner

2hours Flight and 1hour drive

Day 9: Full day At the Island – Lemala Wildwater Lodge.

Enjoy a very relaxed day at the beautiful Lemala Wild waters Lodge in Jinja. opt to catch up on a Book you have not read in a while or unwind off your beautiful safari memories. Optional activities around Lemala are White water Rafting, Horseback riding, Quad biking, Cycling and jinja sightseeing as optional Activities.

Day 10: Transfer To Entebbe.

Transfer to Entebbe by road and with our Representative in our safari jeep. Depart Jinja With at leisure for Kampala and in time Time, you shall arrive in Entebbe for lunch, Visit some craft village market for souvenirs if you want or check-in at Lodge

MONEY MATTERS

The dollar Rules in Uganda and most of the Destinations we will Travel to. All extras like personal drinks and eats and other expenditure can be Paid in Dollars but also Euros and Uganda shillings can be gotten or withdrawn from The ATMs. ATM’s in Uganda banks give up to a max of  2m a day and equivalent of about $530 per day.

Tipping in Uganda is not a must and we generally do not have A tipping culture however, tipping of the site guides that you shall encounter as we travel will be very much appreciated by them.. for example ranger guides on gorilla or Chimpanzee trekking, Anything between $10 – $20 per person on the team treeking will be highly appreciated, but the rest of site guides anything between $3 – $10  or 5000 Ugx to 50000ugx will be very much appreciated and also depends on your budget.

Driver Guides should always be tipped when you are happy with their service. Anything  between $10 – $30 per person per day will always be appreciated which can be given at once at end of trip.
